Died the champion of Europe on football in the national team of the USSR Anatoly Krutikov
On 87-m to year of life has died the former defender of the Moscow «Spartak» and national team of the USSR Anatoly Krutikov. About it reports the official site of the RFU.

Krutikov played for «Spartak» from 1959 to 1969. In the team he is in 1962, became the champion of the USSR, and in 1963 and 1965 have won the national Cup. In 269 matches for «red-white» in the USSR championship defender has scored nine goals.
From 1959 to 1963 Krutikov has played nine matches for the national team of the USSR, and in 1960 became the winner of the first ever season of the championship of Europe.
In the final match of the tournament, held at the stadium «Park de Prince» in Paris, the Soviet team won in extra time to Yugoslavia (2:1). Krutikov took to the field in the starting lineup.
After the first half, the Yugoslavs took the lead through goals from Milan Galic. On 49 minutes equality was restored Slava Metreveli. The winning goal in the 113th minute, scored the Victor on Monday.
At the end of his football career Krutikov was the head of Spartak Moscow and Nalchik, as well as Karaganda «Shakhtar». In 1976, he became the first coach, under whose leadership capital «Spartak» has left the elite division championship of the USSR.
From 1981 to 1988 Krutikov was the Director of football school «Spartak» (Moscow region).
