Belarus and Kazakhstan have always been «under someone’s whip», says the President of the Republic Alexander Lukashenko.
In his words, a «goaded» these countries «tried to kneel to put». «All these war – not our war», — said the Belarusian leader.
In particular, he remembered the Patriotic war of 1812, when «Napoleon went to Moscow and returned back via Belarus». In the end, «all looted, everything was destroyed,» he said.
When the First world war «came down to the fact that Belarus remained only a narrow strip». And when the Second world «Belarus is completely wiped off the face of the earth.»
«This was not our war. We, however, drank of grief,» – said Lukashenko in an interview to Kazakh Khabar Agency.
He recalled that in the great Patriotic war Belarus lost a third of its population, according to the website of the President of the Republic.
