On Friday the Ombudsman under the RF President on protection of entrepreneurs ‘ rights Boris Titov on the forum «it is small» in Krasnodar has proposed to introduce from the beginning of the 2020 tax Amnesty for small business .
«We all understand that we have a lot of clandestine operations, not all of us show the tax inspection, the tax service. If they give us new terms, new taxes, new possibilities of obtaining credits, it is necessary to close the old page. Therefore, what we offer, and this is probably the most important: tax Amnesty for all entrepreneurs and small enterprises from January 1 next year,» — said Titov.

He recalled that about 20 million entrepreneurs involved in this or that form in the shadow economy.

Russia has a great potential of human capital, thus remain unresolved issues of credit availability, the availability of administrative barriers, the issue of preferential access to the workplace, said Titov. So, last year the number of entrepreneurs decreased by 3.8%. According to the latest polls presidential Academy of national economy, 60% of young people said they did not want to go into business.

«In the first place among all priorities is the so-called economy of simple things. Now for a small business preparing proposals. You know, what was discussed? To provide a guarantee to banks that lend to small and medium businesses, 75% of the volume of lending,» — said Titov.
